Placed order March 23, received April 8th. Took 17 days to receive, otherwise packaged very well and happy with brush. Great quality for price. Comparable brushes are around $150-$250.
The shipping on this took just shy of three weeks, so if you want it for a certain occasion then order a month early. When I opened the box, the brush looked gorgeous but a little cheap. The nylon bristles are stiff and cut in a blunt end . If you have an overly sensitive scalp please be careful, aside from that this is THE BEST BRUSH IVE EVER TRIED. Seriously! I was so skeptical but as soon as I started using it I was shocked at how easily it went through my hair and I only felt two snags the entire time. It takes my frizz immediately. And this brush was straight after blow drying from the shower. My other brushes snag constantly on my split ends or cause even more mechanical breakage. I’m so glad I did my research and spent two months obsessing over this brush before purchase, because it lived up to the hype. It’s like brushing through butter; and the scalp doesn’t hurt as bad as I thought it would except when the nylon pins run along my temples but that’s my sensitivity.
When I say this brush is magical, I mean it’s truly a masterpiece. This is such a well crafted brush. The fact that it’s called the mermaid brush says it all. I have long loose curls that love to tangle and this crush manages to give me tangle free (painless) beautiful glossy hair. I love it so much 🥹❤️
