As far as low-tox products go, this one is pretty good. It has actually a nice, gentle smell. The down side is that it makes my hair so very dry as someone with generally very middle ground hair (not greasy, not dry). It is the best smelling low tox hair care that I have tried yet without synthetic fragrance, so that is a plus
Leaves your hair feeling clean and moisturized without feeling greasy. Actually has a good lather unlike a lot of other clean shampoos
The shampoo has felt consistently cleansing and the conditioner is a lovely follow up, without leaving it “heavy”.

Great hair products
I am very picky about hair products. I have thick curly hair that I have consistently dyed since my early teens. Although it lathers only a little, you can feel it grab and clean your hair. My hair is so soft and my curls are more defined. Absolutely love it!

The smell is incredible, leaves my hair looking and feeling amazing. I have tried lot's of natural shampoos and this one leaves no greasy film. My hair feels super clean. You do have to do a second shampoo to really get that lather effect but my hair has grown a lot since using this and the hair oil also!

Bur bur shampoo and conditioner is by far the only non toxic shampoo that works on my fine hair. I love how my hair feels after shower and blow dry. It does not make my hair flat at all plus the smell is divine! My 6 year old daughter and my husband loves it too.
I cannot talk enough about the hair oil. It is so nourishing and smells so good. I use it before hair wash with a good scalp massage. Love love the products!

This makes my hair feel even more dirty and flat. Doesnt matter if i rinse and repeat it still sits flat. The shampoo doesnt lather and feels like im putting conditiner on my scalp. I’m really bummed i cant return it and wish they would have had a trail size to try before i spent $70 on this shampoo and conditiner. Even exchange for store credit and get the oil, at least i know that will make my hair oily. Super disappointing. Innersense is a clean brand that has travel sizes to try if you are looking for a clean shampoo and conditioner.

I love everything about this duo from the scent to the cleanse and the hydration!! My wavy hair approves since the shampoo cleans out all the buildup but still nourishes my scalp AND the conditioner hydrates my dry waves without weighing them down. I can’t wait to try the oil and mask!
