Leaves my hair so soft! Overall just feels lighter and healthier, somehow I found that it also helped with my dandruff! That’s a bonus.

I wasn’t sure how well this would lather but I was genuinely impressed by how well it did and how clean my hair felt afterwards. I’ve been using the entire hair care line and I’ve noticed an incredible difference. It also leaves my hair super soft!
I have not yet started to use the product but the brush is great.

I wanted to love this product so much it just did not work for my hair at all. It has made my hair so brittle and dry (not at all what my hair was like before using this product). I truly believe this could be a great product, maybe just not for someone with thick curly hair like mine.

I bought this trio for my postpartum hair and so far I love it. It smells and feels great. I can't say if it has helped with hair growth since I've only used it for a few weeks, but I have high expectations.
It was not love at first use and for the price i was hoping it would be. Unfortunately i give it a 2. Its concept is good and i feel like its quality ingredients but unfortunately those quality ingredients do nothing for me to notice positive changes. My hair felt dry after washing and the conditioner is moisturizing but not enough after the shampoo dries me up. The mask was my least favorite. The conditioner was the best of the three.
I couldn’t love all of this more! The shampoo and conditioner are so nice for my fine, long hair! The deep conditioner is a nice addition and has made my hair feel nicer! The hair oil, my gosh. The scent alone would bring me back for more! The mini brush I got is super nice and perfect for my purse or traveling. I loved it so much I bought the bigger one! I also have to shout out customer service, I was a bit fussy over my order and they were nothing but kind and understanding! I have nothing but good things to say! I will for sure be buying everything again once it all is empty!
It's too early to tell if this will help with my hair growth but I do love using it on my hair. I will be trying the stuff in the tube this weekend to see how I like that but the shampoo and conditioner are fabulous
The items arrived. But I guess the journey to here was a bit rough. Because the conditioner bottle spilled a little bit of the contents out. But it wasn't a big mess.

been using the Bur Bur hair oil now for almost two years and I have had amazing results. I got the shampoo & conditioner when it first came out and loved it. I have tried other brands since then and nothing compared. I am fully dedicated to Bur Bur! I use the micro needling roller as well as the boar hairbrush and mermaid hair brush! This is by far my favorite hair care brand. The repair mask is amazing too. I use the hair oil 2 x / week and the repair mask 1 x per week. My hair is the longest and thickest it’s ever been. For the shampoo I do the two wash method but you really don’t need to…. I just do it for the benefits. The shampoo doesn’t “fizz” up like other brands but it 100% does the job even after doing the oil treatment. Customer service is great too if you ever run into an issue. Die hard Bur Bur girlie for life!!

Living in an area with very hard water (plus dealing with perimenopause), my hair has really been through it. While I occasionally use a hard water treatment when needed (that’s purely because of our location, not a reflection of this system) these products have made a noticeable difference in how my hair looks and feels day to day.
I’ve found I need to get my hair really soaking wet and take extra time to emulsify the shampoo more than I initially expect. Once I do that, it cleanses beautifully with a gentle lather. I typically double cleanse, especially since I use the hair oil beforehand.
For conditioning, I section my hair and apply the conditioner starting near the scalp down to about mid-length, then follow with the mask from mid-length to ends.
It’s definitely an investment—but for me, it’s one I’m absolutely willing to make. My hair feels healthier, softer, and much more under control despite everything working against it.

This line is incredible. I'm a hairdresser that's holds clean beauty in high regards. I've used the oil for a while but just tried the repair trio. It. Is. Incredible!
From the packaging, to the color palette, to the smell, all the way on how it made my hair FEEL. Oh my. Words can not describe how much I like it. At first I was hesitant due to the cost, but it’s been about over a month since my purpose and I still have over half of product to continue. I have short hair and been looking for something that works in my curls, most chemo and this combo probably has doubled my hair growth and kept me from washing as often. I’m so in love. I highly recommend it! I’m going to purchase the brush soon, as I have all the other items!
I wanted SO BADLY to love these products. I absolutely love how natural the ingredients are... but that's ultimately probably why it doesn't work for me. For the shampoo, I feel like I have to use so much product to get any suds in my hair. It disappears as soon as I put the product in my hair. The conditioner is just okay... my hair doesn't feel much different after using it. Also, I feel like my hair gets greasier and smellier much faster after using these products compared to anything else I have used before. My hair also feels more brittle and dry, even after using the leave in conditioner treatment.
Again, I wanted so badly to love this. I was so excited about it, and I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews on anything, I rarely ever do. But I do feel like people should know some potential downsides, especially due to how expensive it is.
