I cannot yet give a review on the product because i have not been using it very long. However, i can give a review on the customer service. I originally ordered the package to be delivered at the wrong address which i have rarely done. They were so gracious and said they would cancel the order for me and we fixed it. When i did re-order, the second time i ordered the wrong package. They were willing to allow me to return the one wrong item and purchase the correct one online. They were quick, helpful and kind. Hard to find that these days.

This is EVERYTHING I needed and more! The roller is super gentle on my scalp. This brush is amazing for my short but thick hair. And the oil hydrates my hair without being gloopy or making it look greasy! And it smells DIVINE.

Beautiful packaging, oil is great, brush is fantastic, but only 4/5 stars for the bundle because of the roller. It’s to be cleaned with alcohol before use but if alcohol gets on it, the plastic coating will get messed up and bubbly. I wish it was a wooden box with a replaceable roller instead. Unknown on whether it helps with hair growth yet but my scalp is very irritated after using.
