I am absolutely in love with the Bur Bur Mermaid Mini Brush. From the very first use, it transformed my hair routine into a small moment of self-care that I genuinely look forward to each day.
Not only does it glide effortlessly through my hair and gently detangle without pulling, but it also provides what feels like a delicate scalp exfoliation and hair polishing experience. The sensation is incredibly soothing, almost like a mini spa treatment at home.
I often refer to it as my “spa brush” because of how calming and luxurious it feels. It leaves my scalp refreshed, my hair smooth and shiny, and turns an everyday task into a relaxing ritual. Beautifully designed and wonderfully effective, this brush has become one of my favorite hair care essentials.
It’s actually crazy that it doesnt pull and tug my hair. I was just gonna buy this to hop on the trend but it turns out it works as advertised! I have an oily scalp and brush my hair so many times and it distributed all the oils from roots to ends now my roots isnt as greasy anymore!!
I started with the smaller brush because I wanted one for my purse but after using it for 2 weeks I plan on getting the larger size too. It is an experience, a scalp massage and healthy shiny hair. You’ll want more, trust me.

I love the brush. I brush my hair now at least three times a day and sometimes more, it feels so good. My hair feels so much better after, much smoother than it used to.
My next one will be larger, but not for some time.

The brush is simply too prickly; the protruding plastic bristles feel uncomfortable. I cut them off, but then the brush doesn't work as well. I wish they would put little balls on the ends of the plastic bristles.
10/10. Wish i had invested in this sooner. Makes my hair feel great :)

This brush makes my hair so shiny, smooths down the frizz, and instantly makes me look more put together. I don’t use it every day, but after I use my Mermaid Brush, this is always my final step. It just smooths everything out so nicely. Honestly, every time I use it, I feel like Rapunzel brushing her hair.
a lot of people said its scratches your scalp but to be honest i feel like if you have a sensitive scalp that would be the case. its a very good brush :3
Amazing brush but collects dust and debris. Cannot get it wet or else it will turn into a muddy breading ground for mold. Needs a brush cleaner for dry dust
This brush is well made, comfortable to hold, works great, and easy to throw into your purse.

Love it so far!! i got the travel size so i can shove it in any bag. Bristles don't frizz my hair and this feel so much more gentle on my hair compared to the plastic brushes i was using. One thing i would doc is that it has nylon

I got the smaller version to see if I liked the brush enough to get the full sized. And I do! The brush feels well made with quality materials, and it has made a world of difference for my hair. I would recommend it!

So expensive for what reason. Its a nice brush and does the job but im sure theres plenty of less expensive options out there

I love this brush so much! I did not think it would have so much of an impact, but it is incredible. To be fair this is my first boar bristle brush, so maybe they all do the same thing, but I am pleased with this one. I have very fine hair and also have quite a tender scalp. This brush works through my hair within a pass or two, even with tangles or knots, and leaves my hair feeling and looking so soft. The plastic bristles that are also in the brush are a little bit of an instigator for my scalp sensitivity, but as long as I control the pressure it is not unpleasant. Overall I really love it.
I have the nylong detangling brush and LOVE it but wanted a small one to smooth my hair out when I am traveling for work and need a slick back style. This is perfect. Always gives me a smooth texture and helps keep my hair where I want it to stay and fits perfectly in my bag.
I bought the small brush to try it out and really love it. After a few weeks using it, I feel like my hair looks healthier and shiny. Definitely buying the full size next!
